Calling all makers, crafters, and supply stashes in need of a new home — it’s time to clean out those studios and join us for the Craft Flea Market hosted by Whimzees Scrapbook Studio & Pandamonium Arts & Craft Supply!

Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025
Event Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Seller setup starts at 8:00 AM)
Location: Whimzees Scrapbook Studio & Pandamonium Arts & Crafts Parking Lot

SPACE OPTIONS:

$50 – Includes table, chairs, and space under a shared tent
$25 – Bring your own setup (table/chairs/tent)

You keep 100% of your sales!
Sellers manage their own transactions – we’ll be encouraging shoppers to bring cash.

Spaces are limited! Secure yours today: Pay in full online OR call 503.259.9130 to make a 50% deposit. We are unable to take a deposit online but are happy to register vendors with a deposit in person at Whimzees Scrapbook Studio or over the phone at 503.259.9130.

**Full payment for all vendors is due by August 1st. Please note any unpaid spaces will be offered to the waitlist in a first come, first served basis after August 1st.

NOTE: If registering online or by phone, you MUST download the vendor contract, complete it, and return it to Whimzees Scrapbook Studio at info@whimzeesSBS.com OR in person at the store. Completed contracts are REQUIRED for all vendors. Please call 503.259.9130 with any contract questions or trouble with downloading. Thank you for your attention to this important detail.
